Five principles. From our handbook.

These are not slogans on a wall. They are part of the onboarding document that every Innovatics employee acknowledges on day one. Five operating defaults that shape how engagements actually run.

Be passionate about adding value to clients

Every engagement is judged by the value it created for the client's business, not by deliverable count. We push back on vanity metrics, and we measure our outcomes in the client's language: revenue, retention, conversion, margin, etc.

Be respectful towards others

Diverse backgrounds, different opinions, and varied cultures. We hold integrity in every interaction with clients, partners, and each other.

Be honest

We tell clients what we know, and what we don't. We don't oversell ourselves. Where the data says no, we say no. Where we made a mistake, we name it.

Be accountable and responsible

Clear goals, realistic expectations, deliver when committed. If a model doesn't ship or a workflow doesn't fire, that's your problem to solve, not for the client to discover three months in.

Be growth oriented

Never stop upskilling and learning. Celebrate new achievements. The decision intelligence is a highly competitive space, so staying sharp is part of the job.

What we don't do

Clarity matters as much as commitment

Here's what we say no to, at the engagement level and inside the team.

We don't take engagements where success is undefined

If a client can't articulate which decision they are trying to support, we will have the conversation to help them frame it. We won't take an engagement where the goal is fuzzy. It wastes time on both sides.

We don't tolerate dishonesty or shortcuts on quality

Dishonesty, theft, and breaches of trust are termination offenses, documented in our handbook and enforced uniformly. We protect client confidentiality, intellectual property, and the team's reputation.

We don't promote without earning it

Performance is graded quarterly with a transparent scale. Grade D and E aren't eligible for appraisal. Average doesn't earn promotion. Sustained excellence does, and the path is documented and visible to everyone.
